CLAIRE LANGHAM                            
   Claire Langham is a multidisciplinary artist based in Reading, England. She has recently graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Photography from the University of Portsmouth. She focuses on portraiture and loves capturing individuals, also has an interest in fashion and visual communication. 

She is dedicated to shedding light on taboo topics and raising awareness of silenced issues. Through her work, she confronts societal norms, challenging stigma and sparking conversations about the unspoken aspects of human existence. Drawing from personal experiences and social observations, she exploreS a diverse range of subjects. 

Her artistic vision centres on the belief that art has power to provoke thought and catalyse social change, striving to create spaces where taboo topics can be explored openly and without judgement.   

Claire’s previous work has been shown as part of an exhibition titled, ‘WOMAN’ which showcased various perspectives on female identity at The Historic Dockyard, Portsmouth. Her upcoming work will be on display at the Free Range in London and also at the University of Portsmouth, Eldon Building as part of the Bohemia Collective Graduate Showcase (14th - 23rd June).
